Account Security

3.1 Password & Login Credentials

3.2 Unauthorized Access

3.3 One Account Policy

If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, pd880 reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel the associated balances. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pd880 currently accepts the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions must be made from an account registered in the user's own name.

To withdraw winnings after receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: For a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus).

• Bonuses are applicable only to eligible users.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash or transferred.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

pd880's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level. It is possible to advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity. Full details of VIP benefits are published separately and may be changed at pd880's discretion.

Gaming Rules

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other users or staff.

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If there are any incomplete wagering requirements related to a bonus, the relevant bonus will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions.
• Account information leaks resulting from a user's own negligence.
